The Pulaski Street building is located near Stamford's three major development projects, Harbor Point, Gateway and Stamford Transportation Center. The $3.5 billion redevelopment of the area south of the Stamford Transportation Center is one of the largest and most important development projects on the US East Coast and is known as the Harbor Point and the Gateway development projects. Harbor Point is an unprecedented vision of the Stamford waterfront. The project includes 6 million square feet of mixed-use development: 85 percent residential (4,000 residential units); 15 percent commercial, including office buildings, a grocery store, a waterfront hotel, restaurants and a full-service marina; more than 11 acres of parks and public space; a community school; and publicly accessible waterfront access. Along the way, the transit-oriented developments incorporate numerous infrastructure improvements, enhanced bicycle access, pedestrian walkways, along with integrated landscapes and streetscape improvements, all within less than a ten-minute walk of 9 Pulaski Street.
In June, 2022 Charter Communications officially moved into its new Corporate Headquarters making this Gateway Project a reality. This Class A headquarters consisting of 1700 employees occupying 900,000 square feet within two office tower complex with direct access to the Stamford train station platform and expansive views of Stamford and Long Island Sound.
